Policy Violations

I had a lot of listings removed by eBay which had been listed for some time. A large portion of these do not allow me to end the listing as the option is greyed out. Those not greyed out come up with a system error when I attempt to end the listing. Therefore I currently have 51 stuck in unsold listings and 16 stuck in the policy violations. The 16 have been there for over 4 months so I have contacted eBay many times. Each time either being advised they will drop off the system after 90 days which they don't or that the IT team will be able to remove them and they don't. Every now and again I hear the laughable reason that it's due to the system which can not be amended or controlled. Does anyone have any advice on how to resolve this? It's very sad when you pay 14.5k a year in eBay fees and they couldn't care less...............

The only advice that I can give comes from eBay themselves.

In cases where your items have not naturally disappeared you should again contacct support, explaing the problem and drawing attention to the timeline i.e. 4 months inactivity, and they will MANUALLY remove the listings.

Please use the following link which is free and a callback service, so no hanging around having been put on hold.

Best results are probably obtained by calling just after 8 AM when you have the highest chance of being served by a Dublin based operative... should you get anyone else I advise simply saying "Sorry, wrong number" and hitting the "Have us call you" blue button again.
