Hi,
I'm having issues with the offers section of my eBay app.. when I go to send offers on items it's showing a lower listing price than it's actually listed at so I'm having to double check the prices show against the listings, and when I send an offer that is above the made up price eBay has on the offer page, but nearer to my actual listing price it's telling me my offer is above the listing price.
Has anyone else had this issue? It's so frustrating as before I realised I'd sent offers out, which ended up being 1/3 less than what I had the item listed for and there's no way to cancel the offers 😩

Hi bunny_binks, thanks for your post.
By any chance is the price showing as 0 at some stage? Or are you trying to send offers in bulk? We have a very similar ongoing issue at the moment, so I am trying to understand if it's the same issue or not.
Thank you,
Marco

The price doesn't show at zero and I never send issues in bulk as I send offer % amounts depending on how long an item has been listed fo
After thinking about it it may be the 20% increase issue and it was confusing me when I wrote this as it's only on a few listings and not all of them, which, in that case makes me believe the 20% issue is only on certain categories. To support this I also have a mixture of old and new listings that are affected, but I only noticed it on the offers page as all the figures are showing different amounts depending where you check. My husband has been checking from his eBay account and it definitely shows the price higher on the selling page to the offer page, but will only let me offer % off the amount showing on the offer page, which is the amount I think I initially listed the items at.
I also don't believe I am registered as business seller like most of the others who seem to have issues. I don't ever see a VAT box that's mentioned often.
Thanks

Thanks for your reply, bunny_binks.
You have 2 or 3 items number you could share with me as an example, so I can look into it for you?
Thank you,
Marco
