No pics viewable

Pictures flash on and disappear instantly giving me no opportunity to see the image, click the heart symbol or make a purchase.

The description page etc all come up as normal but this situation leaves me unable to buy anything so eBay has become totally useless for me.

Can anyone help?

It is a known issues some are experiencing, but our Community Managers are asking those facing this, if using the app , has the latest app version been downloaded, which is 6.192.03 

If this doesn't help I will tag our community managers to see if they can shed some light on this,  if  it is still an issue,  eBay are aware,  and  if there is any news for a fix.

I do not use the app but a laptop and Chrome,  if you're still stuck switch to that combo if you can.  It's all good there .....  so far !

If you are using Android 7 and having problems with the eBay app, try using a browser to reach ebay.co.uk instead.

If you are using a different operating system version, which are you using?

There is a tech ticket open for this issue so its being looked into. In the meantime can you state what version  operating system you use on your device. For example the most recent android is 15.
