No notification as to item sold.

what on earth is going on with ebay? 

Now I have no notification if an item has sold. 

Usually the bell icon at top of page, pc not phone, will go red indicating messages such as item sold. Click that and I would be taken to posting label page and print.

Nothing in messages either, just to my email account

That has now all gone

You can check your notification preferences in your seller dashboard. Other than that it might be a temporary glitch.

just sold an item and buyer wants to cancel. no problem with that but i cannot find the item!

I can see two items you have sold today. A Nokia phone and some belt pulleys.

phone sold last night, pulleys today.

all the previous sales the bell icon in top right of page turns red, notifying me of either message or sale. Hover over and drop menu appears, pc windows 10 firefox, telling which and click takes me to relevant page, sale opens posting label. These two sales NO SUCH NOTICE. The ONLY notification was to my email, which is not my go to site daily, so to get label I had to go to active listings , awaiting despatch, item and three dots to open drop menu. The notification was one click to print page now i have around 6 clicks!  Odly the pulleys did not even appear anywhere as buyer requested cancelation.
