I’m 79 years old l cannot get out l cannot afford a new iPad this is my lifeline to order things lve been wanting to order for a week now can’t order ca t buy please sort it eBay thank you

This isn't ebay customer support. Other people have been having some issues.

Are you using an Ipad or e.g. a laptop. Are you using the ebay app or a browser.

What actually happens e.g. do you get an error message?

The version of Safari that lots of folks have with iOS 15.8.8 no longer works with eBay. Possibly other browsers as well. Chrome now requires at least iOS 18 to function, apparently. That sounds to me like older iOS systems are no longer being actively supported, but I am not an Apple expert.

If possible try another device with a newer operating system -- it does not necessarily have to be the latest and greatest, but it may need to be newer than iOS 15.
