Nectar bonus offer April 2024 3, 4, 5 purchases in the mobile app

I know there have been plenty of posts on this issue already, and it seems that ebay and Nectar are blaming each other but not honouring it.

I made 5 purchases, all of which were marked as "bonus points" eligible on the Nectar page on ebay (I have a screenshot as this page is now gone) but after 2 cases with Nectar support I'm getting the standard response everyone seems to be getting which is "some" of the purchases aren't eligible.  They won't tell me which or how many though.

I'm owed 1500 points, which were worth £7.50 on ebay at the time, and it seems from searching this board I am far from alone.  Want some input from ebay on this because Nectar are slow and useless, although to be honest my hopes aren't high here either.

eBay ' divorced' Nectar last month , so any purchase of an eBay item needs to be done through Nectar.com have you tried to buy an eBay item that way,  and see if those points exist there?

I would imagine this is a Nectar issue to find lost points as they are the ones who issued them, but eBay and Nectar are renown for blaming each other over issues, and I very much doubt contacting eBay Customer Services will do any good as said, eBay are no part of Nectar directly anymore.

Perhaps as with eBay Customer Services,  you can get a good helpful Nectar agent, and one not so,  maybe try Nectar CS again,  and hopefully get the answer you are seeking.
