IMy parcel was never delivered to me yet it says delivered , raised the issue already and now the seller wont provide tracking info and eBay has closed the case. So ive just been scammed as seller wont respond to me now. Wont even get a refund.  Very angry now.

Are you sure there was no tracking number as this is needed to show a delivery?

Call CS and ask them to look in to it.

Tried calling them no answer. Tracking info was provided for first pair that never arrived, second pair as replacement was sent out with no tracking info.

There is no phone number to call eBay Customer Services,  it's a Call Back option.

I just tried, and there's a bit of a wait at the moment, 31 minutes.

It sounds like the seller promised you a replacement instead of your money back for the original pair.

Never accept a replacement. Always get your money back first and then re order.

I'm sorry to say that you have probably lost your money although keep trying to phone CS.

Leave short, appropriate and factual feedback and don't mention a case was opened.

The seller you bought the item from is selling consumables and registered as a private seller when it is clear they are a business. They offer no returns and you can't see their name or registered address.

Warning signs should have flashed in front of your eyes.

Not all your fault. Ebay should take some responsibility for allowing them to trade as a private seller.

Im new to ebay as these were shoes were amazing as most times I cant get a size 11 in this style in shops near me.

Don't let your poor experience put you off but be more wary next time a seller offers you a replacement as thy often use this as a way of timing out a case so you lose your money.

Finally the issue has been resolved. Ebay has stepped in and wrote to me to say that I will be getting a full refund. Appeal has now been found in favour of me instead of the seller.
