My iPhone 7 won’t load app

Hi my iPhone 7 won’t update app so won’t let me on to eBay by my app just keeps saying update.I have deleted and trying again but I get the same.sort this out😡

Thank you for your post.

Ebay have recently updated the app which does mean if you have an older operating system such as android 9 and below and ios 16 and below they are no longer supported. Please see more information on it here.
