Was this collection with the Royal Mail? If you missed the original booked collection you will need to rebook it through the Royal Mail site.

Apologies for not adding a bit more details in the post. I was busy then. It was with Royal Mail. They failed to collect. And when I tried to finalize the rebooking process for the next day by clicking, "Update Collection", the on screen error popped up. The "Update collection" button darkens and hangs when the error message appears momentarily.

I had no choice but to rearrange a collection via click and collect. And it cost me 30p to do it. No big deal if you're selling an expensive item as was my case. It would make a difference for low value items, I'd imagine.
All sorted now.

Thanks for coming back and explaining the outcome. The Royal mail do charge a 30p fee for arranging collection on their site. They may have a process to appeal the fee in the event the non collection is a fault on their side but sellers would need to check with the Royal Mail for this.
