All day now (16/01/2025) I've not been able to contact my seller, really annoying because I want to change something urgently. I tried sending my message via mobile & laptop & nothing works. Messaging looks like a new & revised format but there was nothing wrong before & at least it worked! Why can't they leave stuff alone, or is this developers keeping themselves in a job?!!! Ebay please fix this!

What error message are you seeing, if any?
Are you clicking on the "Send message" text to enter your message text?

I get an error message - "Looks like something went wrong. Please try again later."
Been all day now & still won't send, I've even downrated the image quality of what I've attached but nothing works. Will have to call them tomorrow. Thanks.

You cannot call eBay there's no phone number contact is a call back option / Have Us Call You.
This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

Lines open between 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. on weekdays.
9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekends.
I recommend contacting CS very first thing in the morning, when the lines first open, as there's more chance of Dublin answering.

Very helpful thanks, still didn't get Dublin though! Might be to do with my Chrome Browser not that Ebay advised me this, still working on a solution.
