Hello,
When I try and log into my accont on the phone, the system logs me into a completely unknown account with an unknown name (in the USA although I am in the UK). How can I stop this happening and get the account that seems to have attached itself to my profile, removed?

Hi baw1, thanks for your post.
Is this happening when you log in from the app, or any browser? If it's from the app, the issue is from our end, and I'd be happy to report your account as impacted to get that fixed for you. Otherwise, I can suggest the same as above, which is clearing caches and cookies of your browser. If you don't know how to do it, you can look it up on Google and you will be given the steps on how to do it from the browser you use.

Log out
Clear cookies and cache
Then login again

Thanks, now logged out. I was logged into the iPhone app, I am not sure how to delete cookies and cache...

Hi Marco,
It only happens on the iPhone, using my registered email address. Browsers on the desktop/iPad are fine (again using my registered email address.)
