Log in problems

Anyone having issues logging in & out on app?

since yesterday I can’t log out, any ideas?

I’ve tried everything so hoping it’s an app issue

Same for me.  I can’t log out.   Just get the spinning wheel.   It must be an app issue

What version of the eBay app are you using?

Not having any problems signing out or back in using version 6.191.0.1 on an Android phone.

App has blocked me out wants to update, i have uninstalled and re-installed three times, still blocked out with an update message, i even deleted everything and installed from ebay's website ,still blocked out with update message.

Anyone else have this today?

Others are experiencing this issue , you are not alone.   Our eBay  Community Manager has given us this information,  see if it applies to you.

The latest eBay app version is no longer compatible with android 9 and below. It actually requires OS android 10 and above. If you have another device with android 10 and above you can check the most recently updated eBay app version and see if you can view images.

If you are using OS android 10 and above and still have issues with viewing images on the app please let me know. State what version you use and type of device and I'll have it looked into further by tech.

Another eBay member facing this issue has told us he ditched the app ( for now) and used the browser version and that worked for him.
