Listings Incorrecly Removed Under Knives Policy

Have had trouble recently with eBay automatically removing items such as antique bookmarks, sugar tongs and button hooks under their knives policy. The items are always harmless and either tiny, blunt or flimsy. It is really time consuming to constantly appeal the removals and a majority of the time eBay decline the appeal. The only way around it is to offer age verified postage options which adds friction for buyers. Is there any way of fixing this? Have attached a photo of one of the removed items.

Listings Incorrecly Removed Under Knives Policy

I've witnessed this knives policy of eBay's get exponentially more ridiculous over the last few years (when, back then, I attempted to bid on some butter knives but couldn't without a credit card)!
And the consensus seemed to be this is how eBay are choosing to deal with it, so you just have to lump it (and buy elsewhere if you don't own a credit card).
But if they are seriously banning things such as (round-edged) bookmarks, I do think it is spiralling out of control now.
Where does it end, eBay!
