This isn't ebay customer service - it's a member to member forum.
You could try changing your email address on https://accountsettings.ebay.co.uk/profile ; however I don't know if it asks for confirmation via your old address.
If it doesn't work, I suggest actually contacting customer service - using the help chat bot thing.

This is a community board for folk who use eBay, like yourself, we don't work for eBay so we don't have access to make changes for you ... we just try to help if we can.
eBay help provides a way for you to change your own information such as contact number and address as covered here - https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/account/changing-account-settings/updating-personal-information?id=4797
In the meantime - regarding any orders you have already placed then if you click on My eBay -> Purchases (or Purchase History). Then select your order in question to see the details -> More Actions -> Contact Seller.
This lets you message the seller with your query. The response will come back to you in your eBay messages which you can see via My eBay -> Envelope icon (on the app) or My eBay -> Messages (on the web). Copies are sent to you in emails but you can still interact even if you have lost access to your email for whatever reason.
