Item broken and delivery dispatch date glitch

So I'm getting frustrated. I have just found out that I have refunded someone who claimed to have his item broken but have seen the same broken screen glitch on the internet and now I have dispatched an item since the 31st of October but the deliver tracking is not updating. I tried to call the buyer but his number is completely off and he won't answer messages. I got scammed twice and I have no money to sustain myself at the moment for university. Help me please

When you refunded did your buyer open a return case and did you get your item back before refunding?

I hope you didn't just refund because your buyer asked you to. If so you won't get your item back now unless your buyer voluntarily sends you the money.

You should never call your buyers on the phone, any questions/queries etc should always be done through ebay messaging. 

I think you need to read up on the ebay Money Back Guarantee so you know what to do when you encounter things like this again.
