I submitted my id for verification but it hasnt been verifiedfor over 10 days

I submitted my id 10 days ago (it was requested after i sold my first item) but it hasnt been verified. My payout is on hold intil march 12 and this verification was supposed to lift this. What should i do now?

You will need to log out of this site first, and log into www.com

Then, ask eBay Customer Services there,  link below,  how long the verification process is going to take,  and if there is anything else they presently require.
