I couldn't cancel an order, and now I can't get a refund because of eBay's fault.

A buyer made a mistake and bought my product, then requested a cancellation. I tried many times, but failed - eBay's fault. Now I can't get a refund - eBay's fault again. There is money in my account - that's not the problem. I tried over 10 times

I couldn't cancel an order, and now I can't get a refund because of eBay's fault.

Orders > View Order Details > More Actions > Cancel Order

choose buyer requested to cancel

Orders > View Order Details > More Actions > Send Refund

Ask the Buyer to open an Item Not Received case after the last delivery date. You can refund within that Case.
