This is a members' forum.  Simply posting "just cancel my account" will not do anything as we are not eBay and you will need to contact them. 

If - however - you politely tell us what has gone wrong there are many clever members who help others and may be able to get your money back.   @turtl_2852

We cannot we are members like yourself ,  if your account has been hacked closing it won't help.

You need to change your password immediately, and  passwords on all accounts you won,  especially your email account.

Then,  contact eBay Customer Services,  and inform them of your findings.

This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

Lines open between 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. on weekdays.

9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekends.

I recommend contacting CS very first thing in the morning, when the lines first open,  as there's more chance of Dublin answering.
