I have another account that has been hacked, all linked phone numbers and email addresses have been compromised, so, i'm unable to login and change details.
Despite over an hour on the phone to customer service, they have confirmed my other account has been hacked, it's STILL TRADING!!! Orders are being placed but i'm not receiving them as email and mobile number, as well as all associated banks have been hacked.
Is there an ebay rep on here can put a freeze on that account?
