Frozen app

My app is frozen and will not work. I have updated and deleted the app and reinstalled. Any ideas?

Thank you for your post.

Usually uninstalling and reinstalling the app would resolve most freeze state issues.  Also try restarting your device and try the app again.

The latest version for android is 6.249.2.1 ( requires android 12 or later)

The latest version for ios is 6.249.0 ( requires ios 18 or later)
