eBay failing its members once again.
All feedback is supposed to be honest and true so members can make an informed decision on buying or selling to and from other members and eBay are supposed to police this otherwise its completely meaningless system but sadly eBay are failing yet again in making the site a safe place to buy or sell.
I left honest feedback about a totally rouge Chinese seller masquerading as a UK seller that broke numerous UK selling laws but eBay seemed quite happy with this just as long as they are getting their fees so I left honest feedback to warn others of their dubious behaviour as eBay clearly aren't interested in the protection of their members.
In responce to my feedback the seller left a blatant pack of lies and on contacting eBay they agreed it was all total lies (every word) and promised to remove their responce but surprise surprise eBay have done absolutely nothing making leaving any feedback pointless.
Yet another nail in the coffin of eBays credibility as a platform.
