Double fees

Recently listed a car on auction with a buy it now price. 

An idiot pressed buy it now but had no intention of buying. 

I cancelled after 4 days as instructed and relisted.  It sold auction. 

I have been charged for 2 sales when the site said I would be refunded the first non sale

Listing fees are non-refundable.  If there were any other fees then those should have been refunded to you.

The listing fee is never refunded even if buyer doesn't pay.

Any selling fee's over and above the starting price can be refunded but only if you file a claim after 4 days for non payment.
