I need help or at least some advice on how to make the Ebay app working on my new phone. Basically a bought a new Samsung phone and reinstalled EBay app. Then, I tried logging in, but when it came to the step of verifying, it says "Enter the 6-digit code that was sent to your number", which I never got despite the many attempts. Tried all the online tips - from looking into the spam, contacting the mobile operator to restarting the phone and reinstalling the App. Nothing seems to work. It appear to be a common issue and many people reported such. Unfortunately, there's no other option of verifying (like email or via the phone), hence I'm stuck.
Maybe I am missing something? Or maybe a manual verification from EBay is possible?
Could you share your experiences please?
