Why cant I make an offer on an item via my mobile phone. When I do "make an offer" i get a message saying "sorry you cant make an offer with your mobile phone. Go to your desktop and make the offer" When I do use my PC to make it there is no problem...why wont my phone allow me to? Chap on EBay chat didnt know either why.
