Thanks for the post. Can you detail the steps you take and the type of report you are trying to run. Can you also provide a screenshot to show the message after you try to run the report?

Yeah if i go to performance and sales, and try and run a report for say, this quater vs last year, it just comes up with "there has been a problem, try again later". Been happening for a few days now. Thought it might just be a glitch, but as it had gone on for a while (and im getting asked where that report is) i looked on here and saw someone else with the same issue.

This happens to me all the time!
Have to clear cookies and history every time, then it works.

Appreciate the help, but sadly that didnt work. I had to do the same recently to fix an issue with not being able to edit listings, and i cleared the cache and history which did fix that problem, but the issue with reports is still there sadly (i did just clear everything today to double check, but it still just says "theres been a problem").

Sometimes it works first thing in the morning for me, anything after 9am I get the same as you.
Quite frustrating as I really like keeping the ol' books up to date!

No problem, thanks for your help. I use Firefox, version is 129.0.1, so it is up to date.

The tech team were able to replicate the steps to generate the report and it ran successfully. Can you let me know if you are now able to run the report?

Nope, sorry, still getting the same error message "we ran in to a problem, please try again later"
*edit* i just cleared history and cookies again, and it has started working, so maybe it fixed now? Ill keep playing with it and update if it stops working.

These custom reports, I haven't been able to run one successfully since 22nd August. Get the same error screen as seen above.
Cleared cache etc etc etc
Using safari, tried 2 devices.

Now adding a work around, I get the error page, then pull down to refresh the page, get a log in page with text code to mobile, do that and the report appears....
