Buyer received item but tracking not updated

Hello, so in short the buyer has received the item and even left a positive feedback, but the tracking system says that it's still in transit, what do I do?

You do not need to do anything.  eBay's tracking is notoriously slow to update.

 

As a new seller your initial payouts may be on hold for up to 21 days.  If your payout is not made ' Available' in the Payment Summary section by say, Thursday,  then contact eBay Customer Services,  provide that tracking which shows delivery,  draw attention that the buyer has also left feedback and ask if they can release your money now , as item has been delivered.

 

Should you need to later,   this is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services from the link below, for a Call Back option.  I do recommend contacting CS very first thing in the morning when the lines first open,  as there's more chance of Dublin answering

Lines open between 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. on weekdays.

 

9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekends.
