WARNING TO OTHERS !!!!!
If you add a buyer to the block list they can not send you any messages, even if they have had a transaction with you for the last 30 days.
In the Buyer requirements, if you leave the box unticked as shown in the image, all messages will still get blocked.
I have just learnt the hard way with a negative feedback because of it. You have to risk them buying form you again if there is an issue.
Edit:
Should add that I called up CS and they have confirmed that the buyer had messaged me (didnt get it), even read the last message which would be considered feedback extortion.
