App restricting percentage in "Send Offer to Interested buyers"

In recent days when attempting to send offers to interested buyers via the app, it has blocked the offers with seemingly random limits, eg "Offer must be less than 12.47%" or, even stranger, "less than 3.8%" which wouldn't be allowed anyway as the minimum discount is 5%!

Offers via web interface are not affected.

There has been further reports of this today and a ticket is currently open with the tech team. I will add your account to the ticket. Once there is a further update on a fix I will post back.
