Best offer page won't load

Hi I'm having problems when I try put on best offers the first offer page loads in and when I type the offer in and press continue the second page doesn't load in I have tried this at various times each day and it's always the same 

It suddenly stopped working last week before then it all worked fine I'm using the website version of ebay

Does anyone else have the same fault

I appreciate you may have already done this but can you delete your recent cache and cookies to try again. If it still persists can your share a screen shot of your view when you try and send the offer?

Hi item number is 127613664079 but I've also tried best offers on other items and non of them work

Yes I'm having the exact same issue. Tried new devices , different items, restart, cache clear. And I get the exact same error.
