Hey eBay Community,
My account got suspended because eBay thinks I have multiple accounts, but the other accounts belong to my family members (younger brother, older brother, and mom). I can prove they're not mine by sending their passport copies or anything else needed. My appeal got denied without checking the evidence. Can someone please help me with this?
Thanks a lot!

I think it is likely that there is a different reason why your account got suspended - ebay happily allow members to hold more than one account in their own name, so that definitely isn't the reason.

It's more likely to do with the negative feedback you received.

I doubt it - I have seen worse... and why is it still showing at !00% feedback with a negative?

Ditto, I doubt a single negative would be a problem especially from over a year ago - the feedback score won't include it as that only relates to feedback recieved within the preceding 12 months 😉

Unregistered business seller selling food items, dog treats and medication and more.
eBay may also exclude family members or anyone at the same address .
Feedback suggests that the OP may have been drop shipping from Amazon.
Allegedly

Because the negative is outside the 12 months that percentages are calculated on.
The only feedback within 12 months is positive, hence 100%.
I think they were suspended a year ago, or it could be that one of the family members triggered the suspension with their activities.
Whichever, if it's permanent or 'indefinite' there is no overturning it.

It wasn't just one negative there were 5 close together.
I agree with @papso22 that it's probably not a new suspension though.
