Thought it was strange app not working same day as new rules arrived. Got a call back from ebay who confirmed some users could not phone app. I was asked my phone make and version. Assured they are looking into problem. I miss my phone app!
Ebay have recently updated the app which does mean if you have an older operating system such as android 9 and below and ios 16 and below they are no longer supported. Please see more information on ithere.
