The Add Item Specifics from Seller Hub appears to be broke and has been for a few days. Normally when you click on it you get all the specifics and you can tick to not show this again.

Now when you click on it there are no specifics there. It will only take you to the listing. I have gone into the listing and all specifics are there so this is really annoying I cannot clear it out of my seller hub.

Just seen others are reporting this, you are not alone.

Seems then to be a temporary technical issue, hopefully to be resolved soon.

See if changing device or browser in the meantime may help. Try a PC / laptop with Chrome , that combo seems to work well.

I noticed this too and agree it is annoying.

And I wonder if eBay might 'demote' my listings that show the advice to "Add item specifics".

I notified eBay of this problem via the feedback link.

Hopefully it will be fixed soon.

Everything has gone to pieces because thousands of people are panicking to list before 4th. Mine keeps breaking down too

A ticket with tech was opened for item specifics over the weekend. I have added all accounts to it and once there is a further update on a fix I will post back.

We also had this problem in the US on the .com site and it was fixed this afternoon, so you might want to give it another try to see if it was also fixed on the UK site.

Thanks, yes appears to be fixed now.

One thing fixed, another broken. Now every time I come to the forums I need to sign in yet again.

That, among other issues, have been happening with the .com Community forum for a couple of weeks. The US eBay team is working with the forum host, Khoros, on the problems.
