I am finding it frustrating when I receive yet another message entitled 'Suspicious Buyer' from ebay. I receive them four or more days after despatching the item to someone they then say is suspicious. I only sell to customers with feedback and so am annoyed that ebay are unable to monitor their systems so that if a customer is suspicious, they notify me within 24 hours, not four days or more afterwards. Does anyone have an answer ?!
