why ebay SIX personnel on ebay chat cannot solve a problem they have access to .

I spoke to SIX ebay personnel on ebay chat & they could not solve a problem for me to sell a item  but pass it to others .The last one stopped the chat gone . Today 20-11-20

All you need to do is explain the problem in full, and I am sure someone here will be able to supply an answer.
