where is the increased visibility option

As a UK seller, there used to be an option to increase visibility in the USA and Canada, but this button seems to have vanished recently, any ideas ?

Have a look in Ebay's 'Announcements' (link at foot of any page) to see if there's any news there of such a change. I have no idea, I'm afraid, as I stopped shipping internationally back in March, and won't resume again until things get back to to some semblance of normal, probably next spring.
