sending an item before money in bank account

Hi

Can you post item before money is in bank account the item sold but says the funds won't show for at least 2 weeks and I am unhappy to post, however realise 3 weeks is a very long time and buyer will not be happy. 

can I connect to pay straight to my Paypal. please advise

If you're a new seller payments are often put on hold for 21 days.   You're supposed to send the item asap.   eBay are also moving all sellers over to their Managed Payments system which means payments will not go to your Paypal account but to your bank account and take 2 working days to get there.  There's no getting out of that.
