relist an item

 buyer wanted to cancel transaction for a phone he brought which I kindly allowed him to do, it cost me £5.00 in transaction fees from pay pal he paid those fees.

I paid the perosn back his 138.00 vis paypal the transaction methord he used to pay for the phone with. 

The transaction details are paypals one

You stated there is a hold on my item being relisted, please can you take off hold as I want to relist and I do not see why I should not bew allowed to do so. 

The person said his dasughter bid and paid for the phone whilst he was asleep, but when speaking to me he stated he said there was a crack in the screen which was highlighted when advertising the phone. 

Please allow me to relist.

You are an infrequent seller are you restricted to an amount or number of items you are allowed to sell?.

If you are then you would have to wait for your next allowance date

If not then 

If it has been cancelled properly then you could try on the drop down list under more actions Sell Similar
