We have 460 + good feed back , we are restrited on listings , we have had a selling account 3 years , its impossible to get it raised , any one got any ides how as we get an answer we need to improve our account and its 100 % perfect

you only have 100 seller feedback of which only 5 are recent - that's what counts.

Having a break from selling means you are under an initial limit for the number and value of items you can sell until you once again build up that good record of posting items promptly,  and  keeping a defect free account,  then your limits are raised.  Takes about 45 days for eBay to review your account.

Have you trierd asking from the link in your Monthly Allowance section on your homepage?  If refused,  you are asking too soon.
