Just wanted to offer hope for some sellers as with ebay money back guarentee they make it seem like there is nothing to be done and we need to refund the customer even when they're in the wrong well we dont.
so a customer bought two healthy plants from me worth £1600, wanted to return them so i said its fine and the boxes were both empty. ebay refunded them so i made an appeal to get my money back and theyve agreed.
How i got ebay to refund me?
All you have to do is contact 'Action Fraud UK' explain what happened, they will give you a refrence number and when you appeal give them this refrence number.
Ebay will **bleep** themselves as its legal govenment stuff and they wouldnt want to get involved so they WILL refund you.
Don't let ebay control you. If you've been scammed youll get your money back. Take care.
