Absolutely not! As a private seller (one who is selling their old no-longer-wanted possessions from wardrobe and attic) you have to upload photos of the actual item you're selling. You cannot use stock photos, or anyone else's photos.
And if you're buying in items to sell, you must upgrade your account from private to business. Not only an Ebay requirement, but the law.
