Make sure the tracking is on the item in your sold section
The buyer needs to open a not received dispute
If they do then you need to deal with it and if it does not say Delivered then you have to refund the buyer in full.
If they escalate to ebay after 3 days you will be left with the fees and a defect on your account
Then make a clain from the courier or Royal MAil if you can
Go to their sites or where you bought the tracking from and check what claim you can make
Have you checked the tracking on both ebay and the site or the courier or RM
Sometimes ebay is a bit slow to update
It does depend on how you deal with the problem as to how a buyer view the transaction
