it is only me, or the new defect removal team is doing a bad job for many other sellers ?

it is only me, or we as seller we have to deal with the non sense of triyng to remove defects from our account  even if we do dispatch and send the items on time  ?

Specialy when itemas are sent with royal mail first and second class , they do provide a tracking number ..  but it is not posible to actually track the item , and if the buyer says it was '' late delivered '' there is no human way to deal with those defects ...

Is this a really non sense from ebay  or it is just me  who does not get  it  ??

Ebay doesn't get it. Even entering tracking is dangerous, as if it is late in updating it can be recorded as a Late delivery and gets a defect.

Ebay couldn't care less about sellers who post in accourdance with their stated time policy and after that they have no control over delivery.

One way of playing he system is to extend your dispatch time but still post as usual, can give you an extra 2/3 days for delivery without getting a late delivery.

If you have an foolish buyer who ticks the wrong box though, there is nothing you can do about it.
