iv had the same problem everytime i add a new listing with international postage and press list with desplayed fees it all looks great but then the international postage has been removed and next day delivery is gone aswell.

If the site won't allow you to adjust your existing listings to include an overseas postage option for international buyers then try setting up a new listing for something that you haven't listed yet, just to see whether it'll work.  The best option is to use the Advanced Selling Form - unlike the basic selling form eBay don't tend to butt in and alter listings created using the Advanced Selling Form.

Once you've got the Advanced Selling Form on the screen add the shots of the item in question, include an item description and then fill in all of the item specifics.  When you come to set up the postage options see whether you can include an international postage option using the new template, as opposed to working with existing templates.  If it works and the international postage option appears with the national postage options then once you've filled in all of the Item Specifics and have finished setting up the listing save the listing as a template to use for other similar items that you may wish to use in the future.

If all goes well with setting up the new template then end one of your existing listings, citing "Error In Listing" as the reason why, making sure that you still have the photos stored somewhere where you can access them quickly, as well as the item description.  As soon as you've ended the listing for that item use the newly set up template to relist the item again, deleting the original photos and item description and then uploading the shots of the item you're relisting, making sure that you include the item description in the relisted ad as well.  Repeat as many times as necessary until you've deleted the remaining ads that you can't amend, and once you've relisted all of them using the template that's got an international postage option included it should be possible for you to receive payment from an overseas buyer should somebody from outside of the British Isles purchase one or more of the items.

If you tend to list more than one type of item then just set up as many different new templates as you need so that you can choose the correct template for whichever type of item you're selling.  Hopefully that ought to fix the problem, although eBay really ought to get the problem fixed instead of leaving things all messed up.  However, it does appear to seem that eBay are continually messing things up with their constant "site improvements", but they never seem to actually put right any of the existing problems and many of their so-called "improvements" to the site only serve to exacerbate existing problems and/or create new ones!

Without knowing the item, it becomes very difficult to guess what is wrong!

Looking at your listings as you have not blocked many Countries anyone can bid/buy but without postage they cannot pay.

Shouldn't be difficult to add Overseas Postage, underneath UK Postage on the listing form, just create whatever additional postage options you wish.
