invoice break-down

Hi, is it possible to receive an invoice break-down.I have been charged for an international sale that is in dispute.If I return payment will Ebay refund the sale fee charged?

When you receive your ebay invoice it just shows the total,but try top right "Printer Friendly" and scroll down the page for full details.

If you go to ACCOUNT you can also see refunds and items not yet invoiced.

To see a breakdown of the invoice go to Account tab  >>  Seller Account >>  Invoices,  or there you can click on the link All Selling Activity.

Seller fees are only refunded if you can show to eBay that the buyer initiated the refund.  So sending a cancellation request citing buyer requests to cancel,  or the buyer opening the relevant case in the Resolution Centre ,and you refunding through those case details,  and within 8 days,  will both refund you your seller fee.

If you refund direct through Paypal only,  you pay that fee , and get a damaging defect on your account.
