incorrect fees

i had been charged the incorrect fees when i was told that my item applied for the £1 fee and this wasnt added, i cannot now get in touch with anyone regarding this. many thanks

the £1 offer was for the first listing cycle only

your items sold after they auto relisted so don't qualify for the offer.
