Left unfair feedback and wish to contact live chat to discuss.  Anybody know how the link seems to be missing

Was the negative feedback on a different account to this one?  From what I can see you don't have any negative feedbacks and your account is showing up as 100% positive feedback, so if the negative feedback was left on this account then eBay must have removed it for you.
