hello , i sold an item on ebay , the buyer seems wired to me because i contacted with the buyer on whatsapp , and i realised a fake photo and i had a message from ebay that the buyer is not verified and its my first time sellibg on ebay , i gave my paypall email , then i resived an email with this gmail username onlineapprovestatus@consultant.com , is this a right adress for comfirmation? 
after this i resived the detail of the selliong item with this gmail user 

eBay <customerhelps@europe.com , and i replied yes , i confirm , is this a right adrress for confirmation?
ill be glad to help me to do the safest way to finish this process

Why were you contacting the buyer on whatsapp?  A buyer buys an item ,  then pays you through the Paypal channels on the listing,  there  is no need to exchange any email addresses for payment.

Do not receive any payment that way.

If payment is not received in 48 hours through Paypal,  then open a case for unpaid item from the Resolution Centre link at bottom of most pages,  close it on day 5.  Your seller fee will be refunded,  that was paid straight away when the item sold,  the buyer gets a non payment strike,  they are only allowed one.  You may have to wait,  as a new sleler till next month now,  only a few days ,  to be able to relist the item.
