having difficulty using the second chance procedure, winning bidder didn't pay

I am having difficulty with the second chance procedure, winning bidder didnt pay and has not responded to two communications, i have offered it to second highest bidder, does this cancel the original transaction, it is unclear to me, thanks

you need to complete a non payment case against the first buyer BEFORE offering as a second chance

 

 

go to the Resolution Centre and open a non payment case once 48 hours have past

As opening an unpaid case gives buyer 4 more days to pay so it was rather foolish to Offer for sale to someone else.Two buyers one item two lots of selling fees.

No, it doesn't cancel the first one out and as it stands at the moment, you could have possibly 2 buyers to pay for one item! You have no idea why they never paid and are fully entitled to pay now

 

you could be heading for a predicament that could have been easily avoided had you followed the correct procedure...
