Ebay only refund fees if you you do full refund, paypal longer do any fee refund.
Before complaining about this, suggest you correctly register as business, you are defrauding ebay of fees & buyers of their legal rights.

How nice of this person to use ebay messages to contact me personally.
Your message has been passed onto eBay along with the reason.
Where do we start.
Your postage terms as a UK seller are illegal.
You are legally responsible for the item until its delivered.
You as the seller make a claim as the sender.
You are also not registered as a business so you are trading on eBay illegally.
That means Citizens Advice can pass your details onto Trading Standards who can prosecute you, and the Inland Revenue can also hit you with a hefty fine if you are not declaring your income from your eBay sales.
It only takes one complaint to start the ball rolling.
And by posting here you have encouraged thousands to look at your listings.
"isn,t this theft ebay". It is ebay's site they determine the fees, you have a choice not to sell on ebay.
What is theft, is Defrauding ebay of their fees. Ebay co-operate with HMRC (the Taxman) to identify sellers selling illegally , so sort yourself out first before accusing ebay of stealing when it is you who are in the wrong.
