cant list a poppy badge

We now cannot list a poppy badge as the British Legion now have all the rights to a poppy according to ebay.

They do not own the Poppy Flower, do Wales own the daffodil does England own the Rose?

It gets more rediculous every day

You can't list it because sellers are not allowed to profiit from human tragedy or disaster, which is what the poppy represents.  If you check out the 'Report' link on any listing, you'll see that that is one of the reportable reasons.

If they are so intent on stopping profiting, why are there so many complete sets of poppy badges available.

Once bought who owns the badge, the buyer or British Legion? If no longer required then does the OWNER have to throw away? Not very environmental friendly!!

I think as usual this is going OTT.
